A torus is a mathematical theory that explains the universe as continually bending back upon itself. Here’s a video demonstrating this.

Ever unfolding and contracting, this video in some ways demonstrates this idea rather nicely. All is either pushing or being pulled.  Both are always happening. Why is there a difference then?

Because consciousness makes these choices, it’s the perspective that makes the difference. Take a different attitude toward your life and see how things change. Suddenly, there may be a different set of measurements you use to evaluate its value to you. The energy on the push outward side feels very different from the collapsing and shrinkage that it offsets.

This illustrates the age-old idea that it’s better to be generous than selfish. Actually, it all works the same whether or not you’re giving and expanding or greedy and contracting.  One has a free and energetic feeling, and the other is based on fear and insecurity.  Both move the energy. Expanding and growing are the directions of life. Contracting and pulling are the destructive influences that lead to destruction.  Contraction will eventually consume itself, while expansion benefits itself and those around it.

Each is a reflection of the larger. Each contains many little torus influences that make up its whole.  For instance, in a body, a torus in itself has organs.  Each organ is a torus each taking in and putting out some kind of energy.  They make up and influence each other in many ways.

Also each person participates in many torus energies. They belong to social groups and families. Each concentration of or group of people and their energies form various torus influences. Each torus carries a combination of influences from its participating energies or members.

How is this of benefit to us? The benefits focusing on the expanding energy is how good it feels. We are not just consumers. We are creators. In order to create effectively, we need to focus on the part of our energy that is generous and can elicit the cooperation of others.

I suggest you expand into the better feelings.
